BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 75 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate and 100 grams of chocolate chips (a small bag)
  • 230 grams of sugar
  • 170 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoonful of salt
  • 2 ½ tablespoonfuls of coffee
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

      Melt the butter together with 200 grams of chocolate in a pan (or microwave oven).
      Then, remove from heat and let it cool down.
      When cool, pour the mixture in a bowl, add the sugar and the vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
      Add the eggs, one after the other, mixing after each one.
      Add the flour and the salt. Mix again.
      Then add the nuts, the coffee, and the chocolate chips.
      Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.
      Bake for 20 minutes, thermostat (180° C). (Better underdone than overdone)
      Cut in small squares.
